We provide expert supervisory services to ensure that the interests of project clients are met by contractors and equipment suppliers.

In addition to ensuring that the necessary high quality of construction work is maintained, we ensure that statutory planning requirements are met. Attention needs to be paid to many issues including hydrology, archeology and ecosystems. Our Project Management team calls upon approved experts for these services.

We periodically visit sites following the completion of works. Contractors remain responsible for the effects of their work for at least a year. Long term project monitoring is also undertaken so that improvements to operating procedures may be made. This information also provides a valuable insight into how future projects may be developed more cost effectively.
